​RUN AND PADDLE

Workouts designed with 2 disciplines, both disciplines will be done during every workout or event. 
Running- Most run workouts will be 5k or less
  • ​All runners are welcome (walking too) 
Paddling- Most paddle workouts will be 5k or less
  • All paddle craft are welcome. Stand Up Paddle, Prone Paddle, Surfski, Kayak, Canoe
